What role does business play in planning and implementation?
Our business partners will assist and participate in creating High Demand, High Wage Job Panels where
the businesses can showcase their industry and students can engage in discussions that align with their
career interests. Businesses will also host local competitions where students will solve real-time,
real-world problems and provide CPR training to interested students.

Creation of regional Career Connections Fairs where students and families can network and engage with
business professionals in person, and to learn more about future education, employment, enlistment, and
entrepreneurship opportunities.
Goals: Our goal is to hold a series of events, beginning with Manufacturing and Health Care, where
students can become connected to our local business partners for possible internships, job placement,
employment or shadowing experiences. Businesses will also emphasize the importance of the Ohio
