Elevate the effectiveness, clarity, and consistency of all internal and external
communication to strengthen stakeholder trust, increase program access, and
effectively market Auburn Career Center’s value.
Objective 4.5: Regional Leadership
Expand Auburn’s regional leadership by actively engaging in initiatives like the Northeast Ohio Workforce Connect and
growing Auburn’s Regional PLC Network for CTE instructors.
Objective 4.6: Enhancing Collaboration with School Leaders and Counselors
Build and strengthen two-way communication with partner districts and Institutions of Higher Education, focusing on
school leaders and counselors, to enhance students’ academic experiences, smooth transitions, and support successful
graduation outcomes.
