Enhance Internal Consistency and External
Communication & Transparency
Elevate the effectiveness, clarity, and consistency of all internal and external
communication to strengthen stakeholder trust, increase program access, and
effectively market Auburn Career Center’s value.
Objective 4.1: Internal Communication & Staff Wellness
Strengthen internal communication systems and foster a culture of staff well-being by establishing clear and consistent
communication practices, enhancing opportunities for staff voice, and implementing proactive wellness supports that
promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
Objective 4.2: Digital Branding and Outreach
Launch and continue to develop a communication plan, including website, social media, newsletters, etc, featuring
enhanced storytelling and modern digital tools.
Objective 4.3: Streamlined Student Recruitment
Redesign recruitment materials and communication/outreach, and compress the recruitment windows to ensure earlier
student placements into programs.
Objective 4.4: Business Engagement Structure
Introduce a Business Partnership Guide that clearly outlines pathways for business engagement, sponsorships, and
internship opportunities for students.
