Align programs, staffing, and resources based on data-informed decision-making to
optimize capacity utilization and enhance student impact and outcomes.
Objective 3.1: Data-Driven Program Realignment
Evaluate enrollment trends, program performance, and capacity utilization, leading to recommendations for realignment
of programs, staffing, and schedules to optimize outcomes.
Objective 3.2: Instructional Prioritization
Develop a process to optimize the school schedule through dedicated planning and instructional periods, thereby
increasing the time allocated to high-quality teaching and learning.
Objective 3.3: Program Modernization
Proactively evaluate and modernize or realign lower-demand programs, ensuring offerings evolve to meet current and
emerging regional workforce needs.
Objective 3.4: Modernize and Maintain Industry-Standard Infrastructure and
Equipment
Design a master facility process that evaluates labs and instructional equipment, actively reflecting the technology,
tools, and standards utilized within high-demand industries, to maximize student readiness and employability.
