Deliver high-quality, industry-guided instruction that maximizes learning time,
strengthens core academics, and leads to relevant credentials, work-based learning,
and seamless pathways to college and career success.
Objective 2.1: Strengthen Instructional Excellence
Focus professional development for staff leading to rigorous, hands-on learning experiences that reflect current industry
standards and incorporate varied instructional strategies, such as project-based learning, simulations, and collaborative
problem-solving, to engage all learners and prepare students for in-demand careers.
Objective 2.2: Expand Credential and Certification Opportunities
Increase student attainment of industry-recognized credentials and certifications to enhance employability and
postsecondary success.
Objective 2.3: Enhance Work-Based Learning
Broaden partnerships with local employers to create more internships, apprenticeships, and real-world learning
experiences that bridge classroom learning with workforce needs.
Objective 2.4: Build Direct Pathways to Employment and Enrollment
Collaborate with business, industry, and higher education partners to ensure every program leads to a clear pathway,
whether that’s immediate employment, continued education, military enlistment, or advanced training.
